For Victoria Ghulam, landscaping is a second career born of a love for plants, graphic design, people, and construction. 1978 to 2007: Western Products Landscaping Inc. was a design/build construction company installing gardens and outdoor living spaces in Contra Costa and Alameda counties. Founder and president: Sam Y. Ghulam 2007 to the present: The company ceased construction work to focus solely on design. It is now headed by co-founder, Victoria Ghulam, landscape designer and member of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD) .
